By disassembling and thoroughly analyzing a pristine, deadstock piece of early-1950s XX fabric, we carefully curated our raw material selection using premium American cotton. We approached our yarn development from a strictly scientific angle, reverse-engineering the exact thread weights, cotton fiber lengths, and yarn twist counts of the original mid-century material. This proprietary denim line is proudly designated as our LAST RESORT collection, and every single garment crafted from this textile carries our exclusive signature woven label.

For this specific release, we followed the identical yarn configurations and loom weaving recipes used to build our standard 14-ounce Shiro-Tag (White Tag) fabric, but bypassed the traditional indigo-dyeing process completely to weave a beautiful, raw ecru natural denim. The garment patterning is faithfully based on an authentic leather-patch era archetype, matching the precise construction thread sizes dictated by those historical pieces. We meticulously duplicated the distinctive geometry of the rear patch pockets, alongside the classic construction anomaly where the continuous single-needle stitch line finishes with a sharp triangular reinforcement turn-back.

Every rivet used throughout construction is custom-manufactured in-house, and the main front tack buttons are executed in raw iron to guarantee an uncompromisingly authentic hardware profile.
