JELADO 6th Man Navy【AB62216】

Introducing the new 6th Man from the BASIC COLLECTION.
This piece was designed to evoke the final gusseted sweatshirts of the 1960s, prior to the widespread adoption of "V-notch" designs.
While featuring a front V-notch, it is constructed with double-needle stitching.
Inspired by vintage cut-offs, it has been arranged into a 7-sleeved cut-off sweatshirt.

The fabric is 100% cotton loop-wheeled knit.
It uses unbrushed terry cloth, with side seams sewn to prevent skewing.
Due to their low productivity and high cost, loop-wheel knitting machines are now rare, with only a few remaining in Wakayama, Japan. By knitting slowly and carefully, without applying excessive tension to the yarn, these machines create a fabric that retains the natural texture and a soft, fluffy feel of the yarn itself.
The outer jersey uses 30-count yarn, while the inner loops use thicker 10-count yarn, a fabric known as 30/10 urake (terry cloth).
While a larger number typically indicates a thinner yarn, 30/10 urake is a staple sweatshirt material that offers a moderate thickness and softness, making it suitable for wear all year round.
"6th Man" is a basketball term referring to a reserve player who performs as effectively as a starter, and this garment was named with the meaning that it will always be a top performer.
