JELADO 44DENIM Vintage Finish Fade Indigo [JP42330]

We have recreated the texture, feel, and fading of rigid denim that has been worn for about a year and a half with chemicals while retaining its stiffness.
This is a pre-finished processed denim that caters to customers who feel that processed pants don't feel like they've raised them themselves, or customers who want to wear them in but also want to participate in the aging process themselves.
The fabric is softer than regular rigid denim, and as you continue to wear it, the creases will become more prominent, making it an excellent pair of denim pants that will clearly show your own creases and wear.
The fabric is made from 7-count x 6-count yarn, finished at 14oz, making it thicker than 66DENIM.
The warp threads use American cotton, and the weft threads use Zimbabwe cotton.
The number of threads woven per inch is 66 for warp and 44 for weft, with slightly fewer warp threads than 66 denim, resulting in a softer and more comfortable fit.
The historical background of wartime material substitutions and reductions is also expressed through details such as changing the pocket lining to herringbone and reducing the number of rivets on the coin pocket.
The silhouette is a standard straight cut that is neither too wide nor too narrow, taking an intermediate position between 55 denim and 66 denim.
It is a beautiful classic straight denim with a subtle taper, similar to Levi's 502 or Lee 101.
With its prominent vertical fading, aging, and realistic processing that reproduces the fabric of vintage denim, this is a highly recommended pair for denim enthusiasts.
