JELADO 44DENIM Vintage finish (JP52319)

We have created 44DENIM that focuses on World War II and applied vintage processing.
This pair reproduces the damage of vintage denim that has been loved for many years.
It has a strong realistic vintage feel, as if it has been heavily worn and repeatedly repaired.

The fabric is made from 7/- (count) x 6/- (count) threads, finished to 14oz, making it thicker than 66DENIM.
American cotton is used for the warp and Zimbabwean cotton for the weft.
The number of threads per inch is 66 for the warp and 44 for the weft, slightly reducing the warp compared to 66DENIM to make it softer and easier to break in.
The historical background of substituting and reducing materials during the war is expressed by changing the pocket lining to herringbone and reducing the rivets on the coin pocket.
The silhouette is a standard straight cut, neither too wide nor too narrow, an intermediate between 55 denim and 66 denim.
It is a classic straight denim with a clean silhouette and a slight taper, like Levi's 502 or Lee 101.
With its distinct vertical fading, aging, and realistic processing that reproduces vintage-like fabric, this is a recommended pair for denim enthusiasts.
