JELADO 44DENIM Vintage finish Fade Indigo【JP41333】

We have produced a pair of 44DENIM focused on World War II and applied a vintage finish.
Based on our own vintage war-era denim, we have applied aging changes such as fading and repairs, just like vintage denim, and recreated a realistic look with aged, faded colors that are very close to the original.
The processing faithfully reproduces the repairs of vintage items from that era, including a moderately distressed body, stitched repairs, reinforced patchwork, and patches.
Incidentally, the very first processed denim released by JELADO was also this vintage processed denim.

The fabric is made from 7/- (count) x 6/- (count) yarns, finished to 14oz, making it thicker than 66DENIM.
American cotton is used for the warp and Zimbabwe cotton for the weft.
By setting the number of threads per inch to 66 for the warp and 44 for the weft, and slightly reducing the warp threads compared to 66 denim, we have achieved a softer and more comfortable fit.
The historical background of manufacturing during wartime, such as the use of substitutes and reduction of materials, is expressed by changing the pocket lining to herringbone and reducing the rivets on the coin pocket.
The silhouette is a standard straight cut, neither too wide nor too narrow, taking an intermediate between 55 denim and 66 denim.
It is a beautiful classic straight denim with a slight taper, similar to Levi's 502 or Lee 101.
This is a highly recommended pair for denim lovers, featuring clear vertical fading and aging, as well as realistic processing that reproduces the fabric of vintage denim.
