The 2020AW collection, themed "BLACK OF ORIGIN," looks back on 15 years and presents American casual wear, its roots, with a black base.
We crafted this collection with a focus on reproducing vintage aesthetics as much as possible, based on the theme of regenerating and reviving forgotten, irreplaceable American clothing.
The 2020AW collection, themed "BLACK OF ORIGIN," looks back on 15 years and presents American casual wear, its roots, with a black base.
Our classic 44 denim jacket has been tailored in heavy duck canvas.
The outer fabric is 100% cotton 21.5oz duck canvas.
Individual pre-dyed yarns were twisted into 4-ply, 12-count threads, which were then used to weave the duck canvas.
This results in a thick and stiff fabric with some natural unevenness, allowing you to enjoy its aging as you wear it.
The lining is a striped blanket fabric made of 55% wool, 30% polyester, 10% rayon, 3% nylon, and 2% acrylic.
Despite its soft texture, it's thick and provides excellent warmth.
The buttons are laurel wreath buttons with a vintage finish, featuring blue rust.
The design recreates the "T-back" detail on the back, which was originally a specification for sizes 46 and above.
Due to the fabric width (area) limitations for larger sizes, the design at the time involved using two pieces of fabric sewn together in the middle. This "T-back" detail is now favored by vintage enthusiasts, and we have reproduced it.
Furthermore, the back features a cinch-back buckle.
Compared to regular 1st type jackets, the silhouette has a slightly extended length and a slightly slimmer arm circumference.
