JELADO 41Shorts Denim x Wabash [CT42318]

Shorts based on the USMC-P41 trousers.
The denim fabric is a 13.5 oz denim made from 100% American cotton (Memphis cotton) with strong twisted yarns, using 7-count yarn for both warp and weft.
This is the same fabric used in JELADO's 66 Denim.
The threads are rope-dyed with indigo and woven on an old power loom, resulting in strong vertical fading and whiskering as it ages.
The Wabash fabric used for the pockets is a custom-made 100% cotton indigo Wabash stripe fabric.
It is a firm, stiff fabric made from 7x7 count yarn, with both warp and weft threads dyed with rope dyeing.
Due to the rope dyeing, the core of the thread remains white, allowing for excellent aging with rubbing and wrinkles from wear.
The Wabash stripe is printed with pigment discharge, so like indigo fabric, you can enjoy aging such as color fading.

The length is short, and the silhouette is sleek yet roomy for comfortable wear.
It can be styled neatly when paired with cut-and-sewn tops or shirts.
The "USMC-P41" trousers were Navy trousers produced until the "M-1944" (commonly known as Monkey Pants) were issued in 1944.
