JELADO 41Khaki Vintage Finish Peanuts [AG63314]

We've applied the same processing as the Dugout Trousers released four years ago to the 41Khaki.
Based on heavily worn vintage pieces, each item is hand-processed: holes are made by hand, fabric patches are applied and stitched, and then dirtied.
This results in a realistic finish characteristic of JELADO.

High-density chino fabric, woven on old power looms, using uneven yarn (20 count for both warp and weft).
The uneven yarn gives the fabric an uneven and neppy texture that vintage enthusiasts will love.
Following vintage chinos, it is woven with a left-hand twill.
Generally, right-hand twill with two-ply yarn is considered "weapon" fabric, while left-hand twill with single-ply yarn is "chino." This fabric is indeed a chino fabric used for chino trousers.
The garment is sewn with 2mm double-welt seams, consistent with vintage pieces, and the thread count and stitch count are also matched.
Separate chino fabric is used for the fly facing and pockets on the inside, showcasing a commitment to vintage details even in unseen areas.
The silhouette retains its original shape, resulting in rugged and masculine chino trousers.
