It's not an exaggeration to say that we made these meticulously crafted chinos specifically for this collection.
We wove high-density chino fabric, made from 20x20 slub yarn, on an old power loom.
Because slub yarn is used, the fabric has an uneven and neppy texture that is irresistible to vintage lovers.
Following vintage chinos, it is woven with a left-hand twill.
Generally, right-hand twill with plied yarn is considered "weapon" fabric, and left-hand twill with single yarn is considered "chino" fabric, so this fabric is truly chino fabric used for chino trousers.
It is sewn with 2mm double-piped seams, just like vintage items from that era, and the thread count and stitch length of the sewing thread are matched accordingly.
We used different chino fabrics for the front fly facing and pockets, meticulously focusing on vintage details even in unseen areas.
We adapted the design of 41 Khaki into shorts.
We revised the pattern from the wide fit of 41 Khaki to create a moderately wide fit.

It’s not an exaggeration to say that this Collection was made because of these Chinos.
Using a Vintage Power Loom, we have produced a high-density left hand twill chino fabric, using 20x20 uneven vertical and horizontal threads. Because of the nep and uneven nature of the threads, the chinos have the perfect vintage feel, irresistible for all vintage lovers.
Sewn with precision and exactly replicating the thread count and needle movement, we used 2mm stitches, as seen on Vintage examples of the time.
We used different weight fabrics for the front and back pockets, being particular about vintage detailing, even if you can’t see it.
We stuck with the original silhouette, wide with a high rise, for a rugged and masculine look.
