We have created a pair of chinos so exquisite that it would not be an exaggeration to say they were made especially for this collection.
This high-density chino is woven on an old power loom using uneven yarns with 20 warp and weft threads.
Because uneven yarn is used, the fabric has a bumpy texture and nepped feel that is irresistible for vintage lovers.
It is woven with a left twill pattern, similar to vintage chinos.
Basically, weapons are made with double threads on the right side and chinos are made with single threads on the left side, and the fabric used in this production is indeed chino trousers made from chino fabric.
It is sewn with 2mm double welts, just like the vintage items of the time, and is sewn with the correct sewing thread count and stitch length.
A different type of chino fabric is used for the flap on the back of the front and the pockets, adding vintage details even to less visible areas.
The 41 Khaki design has been incorporated into shorts.
We have revised the pattern from the thickness of 41 khaki and changed it to a more appropriate thickness.

It's not an exaggeration to say that this Collection was made because of these Chinos.
Using a Vintage Power Loom, we have produced a high-density left hand twill chino fabric, using 20x20 uneven vertical and horizontal threads. Because of the nep and uneven nature of the threads, the chinos have the perfect vintage feel, irresistible for all vintage lovers.
Sewn with precision and exactly replicating the thread count and needle movement, we used 2mm stitches, as seen on Vintage examples of the time.
We used different weight fabrics for the front and back pockets, being particular about vintage detailing, even if you can't see it.
We stuck with the original silhouette, wide with a high rise, for a rugged and masculine look.
