Based on the 1st type made in the 1940s, this jacket is tailored to match the thread count and specifications of the time.
Similar to vintage pieces, it features many noteworthy details such as iron buttons, a single-sided tab, and a needle-punched buckle. It even reproduces the characteristic 1947 1st type detail where the button and box pleat heights are misaligned.
After the product is sewn, it is product-dyed with black sulfur dye.
Since it is washed after dyeing, you can enjoy the puckering of the seams from the beginning, and as you wear it more, the color will fade, allowing for an enjoyable aging process.
The buttons also rust, giving the denim jacket an even better atmosphere.
The irregular home plate shape of the front pockets also enhances the vintage feel by directly following the shapes found in vintage pieces.
The size dimensions are close to those of the 406XX (2nd type), but since the 1st type has a narrower waistband than the 2nd type, the length is slightly shorter to express the essence of the 1st type.
This 1st type delves deeper into vintage pursuit than ever before. Please enjoy coordinating it with black denim, which is not found in vintage pieces.
