41khaki became an unprecedented hit.
Based on this design, we changed the material and made it using 10.5 oz LAST RESORT DENIM with a blue tag.
This is a custom version with a "PW" stencil.
Each piece is stylized by hand, so there are slight individual differences, just like with real vintage items, which makes them look more realistic.
We dismantled a LEE coverall from the 40s and analyzed the thickness of the thread, the density of the weave, and the strength of the unevenness. In order to more accurately recreate the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today, we randomly woven three different warp thread thicknesses to create a garment with the image of sparse vertical fading.
The denim is 10.5 oz thick, making it easy to wear even when it gets cooler.
Unlike the blue tag shirt based on the 40s Lee shirt, this shirt is woven with off-white weft threads. The warp threads are 8, 9, and 10 and the weft thread is 9, both made with Deep South cotton, and the number of stitches is the same, but the color of the weft thread is different, so this shirt looks lighter on the surface.
Like the classic 41khaki, it has a highly accurate finish, including the distinctive offset belt loops and the vintage-style 2mm double-welted pockets.
The pockets are also made of a different fabric to add to the atmosphere.
A distinctive feature of the 41DENIM TROUSER is that the buttons are made of metal, giving it a more luxurious look with detailed construction.
The silhouette is also made to the same dimensions, so it is recommended for those who like the 41khaki silhouette.
*The stitching color will be changed to gray to match the collar stitching of the coveralls.
