The base fabric was developed by deconstructing and analyzing vintage Housemark brand denim from the 1940s. In order to reproduce the random vertical fading characteristic of light-ounce denim from the 40s,
The warp threads are made of three different thicknesses of yarn, and the weft threads are made of yarn that has been sulfur-dyed gray. Furthermore, a light sanforization process is applied to the finish.
We aimed to capture the natural texture characteristic of vintage denim.

This time, we'll be using our company's vintage painter pants as a base.
We thoroughly researched the aging and repair marks of items that have been worn for many years,
Each and every one of those expressions is meticulously reproduced.

First, we perform laser processing to create whiskers and markings.
The bio-wash and bleaching process creates a vintage-like faded look.
Furthermore, a manual wiping with hypochlorite is added to create subtle variations in shade and natural color unevenness. After that, damage effects such as wear and tear on pocket openings and hems, and thinning of the fabric causing the weft threads to protrude are added, and each item is carefully repaired by hand or with machine stitching, with a backing fabric applied to any damaged areas.
Furthermore, to recreate the unique vintage color achieved through years of fading, we applied a gray-beige overdye to give the indigo hue depth and richness.

For the finishing touches, pigments and dyes are sprayed on, and variations in color intensity are added through hand-painting.
By reproducing even the paint marks and signs of aging found in vintage clothing,
We've created a film with overwhelming realism.

Not just processed denim,
A special model that expresses the time and history that a single vintage piece has experienced.
This could be considered the culmination of JELADO's vision of a vintage finish.
