FLYERS Champs Print [AB21239]

The highly popular collaboration sweatshirt "CHAMPS" has been released with a new print for the season. The print faithfully reproduces the atmosphere of bowling league sweatshirts from back in the day, making this a piece that fully embodies a classic mood.
The body was produced by Riding High, featuring our original freedom sleeves as a special specification. It is made using a rare old-style Azuma knitting machine, crafted with tubular knitting that has no side seams. This knitting machine appeared in the 1970s, during the transition from loopwheel knitting machines to innovative knitting machines. By knitting slowly and carefully, it produces excellent elasticity, a soft touch, and a unique, plump texture. The裏毛 is light and characterized by a vintage-like feel. Furthermore, we paid close attention to the napping process, applying a four-sided nap evenly with four times the usual effort. In addition, by adopting a pre-napping process before dyeing, we achieved a deep texture. The sewing faithfully reproduces vintage sweatshirts, with almost all seams done with a two-needle machine. The cuffs use circular knit ribbing, sewn continuously from the armpit. We have incorporated every detail from that era.
