"MOSSIR" is a brand created by Mr. Yamazaki, representative of FINE CREEK.
MOSSIR items use functional fabrics like chemical fibers and are designed with vintage-inspired patterns and stitching, pursuing ease of wear, lightness, and everyday functionality.
This model, George, is inspired by Barbour's Bedale and uses a 3-layer eVent fabric.
eVent, a material attracting attention.
It is a waterproof and breathable material featuring the "Direct Venting system," an expanded PTFE laminate technology developed by UK's BHA company. Utilizing its unique "Dry System" technology, it is an innovative fabric that expels sweat to the outside, keeping the inside of the garment dry.
Waterproof Breathable, as the name suggests, is a material that has both a waterproof function to prevent rain and moisture, and a breathable function to release humidity from the body to the outside.
eVent material is the only one that can rival the strongest material, Gore-Tex.
Looking at the numbers, it has a water pressure resistance of 30,000mm and a breathability of 30,000mgm2-24h.
Its breathability is 2-3 times that of Gore-Tex, so it truly prevents stuffiness.
