The "CRAZY UP" line, featuring varied color schemes, reinterprets vintage sweatshirts with a crazy pattern using three colors for the body and both sleeves, faithfully reproducing the unique design aesthetic of that era. While seemingly flamboyant at first glance, the color balance maintains a subtle coherence, truly embodying the playful spirit and presence characteristic of vintage pieces. For the material, we use 100% cotton, US-blend open-end yarn. It's knitted with a 14/- count for the face yarn (open-end), a 20/- count for the middle yarn (right-leaning), and a 10/- count for the back yarn. To maximize the volume of the back yarn, we went as far as modifying parts of the knitting machine. This achieves both a substantial thickness and a fluffy looped back texture. The knitting machine's gauge was set at an original 12G, prioritizing the reproducibility of the surface texture after consultation with the knitter. Furthermore, using internally developed needles, we have brought the fabric texture as close as possible to that of the original vintage items. For the napping process, American-style napping machines are used to create the three-dimensional feel of the looped back nap. Additionally, a degreasing process is applied to recreate the "dry and crisp" fabric feel unique to vintage sweatshirts. From the moment you put it on, you will truly feel the vintage atmosphere. Following vintage specifications, the side panels feature flat seamer stitching. To beautifully sew the degreased, firm fabric, we collaborate with skilled factories to achieve high quality. In addition to M, L, and XL sizes, a relaxed 50 size is also available, ensuring that anyone can enjoy the appeal of this sweatshirt, regardless of their body type.
