COLIMBO Observer Parka Amend#2 Naval Patrol Wing 1942 [ZY-0123]

Following the success of the N-1 Deck Jacket, a long-type parka was developed for use in more severe environments, and was issued primarily to deck officers who had to command in exposed conditions for long periods of time, as well as crew members of observation aircraft and balloons.
This product is modeled after a coat from that time that was modified by shortening the length.
The lining is light brown alpaca pile.
The soft alpaca fabric is comfortable to wear and keeps you warm.
The front is a combination of buttons and a zipper, the buttons are nut buttons and the zipper is TALON.
The waist also has a drawstring adjuster on the back, making it adjustable.

The Atlantic Fleet Subordinate Force was formed at the Norfolk Naval Station.
Using seaplanes such as the J-2F Duck and PBY Catalina, and carrier-based aircraft such as the SBD Dauntless, they conducted bomb observation, reconnaissance, and sometimes even rescue operations.
For customization, the content is corrected by painting over the design once and then re-stenciling, while for deck garments, we have imagined a popular finish.
