COLIMBO Observer JKT (Type N-1) =USCG Supply= [ZA-0154]

This jacket is modeled after an early version of the winter deck work jacket produced for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps towards the end of the war.
The surplus stock that was rapidly mass-produced was sold in the United States after the war, where it was embraced by young people with a passion for motorsports and became popular among the general public.
The outer material is made of original 100% cotton grosgrain fabric.
The lining is light brown alpaca pile.
The soft alpaca fabric is comfortable to wear and keeps you warm.
The front is a combination of buttons and a zipper, the buttons are nut buttons and the zipper is TALON.
The waist also has a drawstring adjuster on the back, making it adjustable.

This is a reproduction of the supply management unit stencil actually used by the USCG supply unit.
The rough-looking stencil gives the impression of practical marking for sorting and re-issuing supplies.
