COLIMBO C.4 RAF Officer Type Shirt [ZY-0300]

The design source is based on service shirts issued to the British Air Force starting in the 1950s.
The design has a dignified, British-style craftsmanship, with details closer to a dress shirt, such as a detachable collar and epaulets.
For this product, we focused on a rougher style without the collar and epaulets, and produced it in sax blue, the same color as the vintage original.
This fabric is inspired by the blue oxford fabric used for officer shirts of the ROYAL AIR FORCE.
Although it appears to be a dress-type fabric at first glance, it has a slight thickness and a textured feel with a subtle unevenness due to the difference in thread count between the warp and weft.
By using specially twisted yarn for the weft, the weft expands with repeated washing, enhancing the fabric's texture.
Before the final finishing stage, the fabric undergoes an elaborate process of washing to loosen it, and then pressure is reapplied to smooth out wrinkles.
Using three threads—two in the warp and one in the weft—from the same color family but with different nuances, creates a weave where the atmosphere changes depending on the viewing angle, resulting in a color with great depth.
