COLIMBO C.4 RAF Officer Type Shirt [ZY-0300]

The design is based on the service shirts issued to the Royal Air Force from the 1950s onwards.
The design is typically British and has a formal feel, with details similar to those of a dress shirt, such as a detachable collar and detachable epaulets.
The product is tailored to emphasize the rough feel of the jacket when the collar and epaulets are removed, and is made in sax blue, the same color as the vintage.
This fabric is based on the blue brushed fabric used in the officer shirts of the Royal Air Force.
At first glance it appears to be a dress-type fabric, but it is slightly thick and has a slightly uneven texture due to the difference in thread count between the warp and weft.
By using a specially twisted yarn for the weft, the yarn expands with repeated washing, improving the texture.
Before the finishing process, the fabric is washed to loosen it, and then pressure is applied again to remove wrinkles, creating an elaborate finishing process.
The fabric is woven using three different colours - two vertically and one horizontally - which are all from the same family but have different nuances, so the atmosphere changes depending on the angle from which you view it, giving the colours a great sense of depth.
