We use an old knitting machine called Azuma knitting machine for manufacturing, and we knit with a round body (no side seams).MakeThis creates excellent elasticity and softness, which is different from conventional products.The characteristic of this knitting machine is its fluffy texture.This knitting machine is used to make fleece that has a vintage feel and is very light, making it extremely rare.They appeared around the time of the transition from loopwheel knitting machines to innovative knitting machines, and because they are knitted slowly, there are only a few left in existence.
The result is a textured surface with a soft feel.We also pay special attention to the brushing process.In order to evenly brush the four sides of the fabric, it is not like a regular brush.It takes four times more work than dyeing. In addition, the fabric is brushed before dyeing to bring out its unique texture.
Most of the sewing is done with twin needles, and the cuffs are made with circular knit ribbing. The cuff ribbing is attached in one go from the twin needle sewing under the armpits.The sweatshirt is made with a unique texture and details from the vintage era.It is a piece that you can enjoy.
