This knitting machine was made in 1970.It was created in the 1980s during the transition from loopwheel knitting machines to new knitting machines, and due to its unique knitting method, only a limited number of these exist.This gives the material a bumpy surface and plump texture similar to that of loopwheel knitting.We also use a special technique for the raising process. Normal raising is done on a flat surface at once, but with round raising, four sides are raised.This requires a full rotation, which takes four times as much work as regular brushing.It emphasizes the unique texture of the material.Most of the sewing is done with a twin needle, and the cuffs are made with a circular knit rib. The cuff rib is made with a single needle instead of the twin needle sewing under the armpits.
