From our STANDARD COLLECTION, we release our new staple garment: the 491-B. While this model features a highly familiar denim blouson silhouette, it is based on the iconic 91-B jacket originally deployed by Lee during the 1960s. We have faithfully resurrected this design for the modern era, mirroring the exact construction specifications of a pristine vintage specimen from our private archives and executing the entire piece in our proprietary LAST RESORT Ao-Tag (Blue Tag) denim fabric. For the warp, we randomly wove three distinct thread weights into the textile, yielding that characteristically irregular, high-contrast vertical fading profile unique to authentic mid-century utility wear. The weft features a light-gray sulfur-dyed yarn, ensuring the fabric replicates the deep, complex color transformations seen on genuine historical workwear.

Demonstrating our uncompromising commitment to structural details, we stitched our exclusive LAST RESORT signature label directly inside the front pockets to certify the premium origin of the fabric. For the hardware, we custom-engineered and manufactured a highly distinctive, proprietary zipper pull exclusively to recreate the exact visual profile of the original zippered breast pocket closure.

Furthermore, true to the design language of our broader Blue Tag workwear series, the sewing construction is meticulously executed by alternating between white and gray threads. This deliberate craftsmanship heavily accentuates the classic, rugged charm of the garment, resulting in a beautifully balanced heritage jacket built for modern life.
