Introducing MADISON from our BASIC COLLECTION. We've created a button-down shirt with meticulous attention to material and stitching, aiming to offer a standard "MADE IN JAPAN" piece.
This shirt is designed to once again showcase the quality and distinctiveness of Japanese craftsmanship.
MADISON is named after the street where the traditional brand that created the BD shirt has its main store. The fabric is an oxford woven with American combed yarn, inspired by 1950s oxford shirts, resulting in a fabric with just the right amount of stiffness.
Due to its substantial feel, pressing it well before wearing will further enhance the clean, crisp image characteristic of a button-down shirt.
Shell buttons are used to create a luxurious feel. What sets it apart from ordinary button-down shirts is the gusseted design for a more vintage look, a neat, slim silhouette with narrow arms and body width, and a shorter length.
