The tie-dye skull design undergoes a two-step, labor-intensive process using completely different techniques.
First, the white body is tie-dyed, and then the skull on the front is rendered using the chusen (poured-dyeing) method.
Unlike general product dyeing, chusen allows for precise dyeing of specific points.
This enables us to leave parts of the skull's face undyed, as seen in this skull T-shirt, and only dye the eyes and nose. Or, by using pleats and special folding techniques during dyeing, we can create an uneven dye around the face.
Chusen allows us to create areas within the fabric that are dyed and areas that are not.
Because it is entirely handcrafted by artisans, each piece has individual differences, expressing a vintage feel, and is a very time-consuming and labor-intensive, meticulously crafted item.
After dyeing, the product is stabilized by a process called soaping, where it is washed with hot water to remove excess dye.
While this is a time-consuming process, we believe it helps differentiate our products from others.

The body is made from 14/- count yarn, knitted on a sinker knitting machine to create a seamless, tubular T-shirt.
Creating a T-shirt with a tubular body expresses a more vintage-like craftsmanship and allows you to enjoy the comfortable fit unique to tubular construction.
This is a basic, crew-neck style.
The binder neck rib is designed to be moderately resistant to stretching.
The stitching is done with cotton thread, allowing you to enjoy a vintage atmosphere.
With its impactful print, this T-shirt is recommended as both a main piece and an accent for simple outfits in the upcoming season.
