JELADO 55Denim Jacket (55 Denim Jacket) 406XX Vintage Finish Fade Indigo [JP61420]

We are releasing the 406XX VINTAGE FINISH from our BASIC COLLECTION.

This denim fabric is made by analyzing the DEAD STOCK fabric of Levi's 501XX from the early 1950s, carefully selecting cotton from American-grown cotton, and scientifically approaching the thread thickness, fiber length, and number of twists to reproduce it.

The fabric, reproduced based on data that analyzed everything from the indigo color to the number of threads per inch, is named "LAST RESORT" (a trump card) as our original denim fabric. Products using this denim will have an original label attached, and "XX" will be stamped on the leather patch.

The 55Denim Jacket is tailored based on what is commonly known as the 2nd Type denim jacket.

The stitching was done by matching the thread color and thickness, referencing vintage pieces from that era.
This denim jacket thoroughly reproduces the original details, such as the direction of the denim fabric, how the collar is attached, button placement, and stitch width.
Of course, light-ounce denim of a different fabric is used for the back of the flap, iron buttons for the front, original pure copper rivets for the sleeves, and rayon red tabs are all reproduced just like the vintage originals.

This is the first processed product made with LAST RESORT DENIM, and we have tried to express the exact fading of the vintage items we sampled.
Skilled artisans performed stone bio-wash and blasting with just the right touch to reveal the vintage look. The iron buttons also have a natural rusted appearance, expressing natural aging.

The sizing is the same as the 44Denim Jacket, so it is moderately slim, allowing for a well-balanced look.
Unlike the 44 Denim Jacket, we recommend wearing this one in a just-fit size.
