The "Padded Vest Type. 2" is a padded vest reconstructed by JELADO using fabrics that were used in items previously released by JELADO, mainly workwear and military wear. Since only a very small amount of each fabric remained, only a limited quantity will be produced. The black-based vest uses wide-wale corduroy, grosgrain, pique, duck, and satin fabrics, while the brown-based vest is carefully patched together in a single tone using corduroy of different wale widths, duck, and cotton flannel fabrics.
With its padded insulation, it offers lightweight comfort while providing reliable warmth, making it an excellent outer layer for cold regions or daily wear. It's a special specification that combines a streamlined silhouette with functionality.
The patterns used here are from T.K. GARMENT SUPPLY, adapted for JELADO DRY GOODS.
