The fabric used is 100% cotton twisted heather chambray.
Chambray fabric is a plain weave fabric made with colored warp threads and white weft threads (or weft threads of a different color than the warp threads), characterized by a unique mottled texture on the fabric surface.
As shown in the image, the weft threads have an uneven texture, creating a supple fabric with moderate thickness and firmness.
This fabric is designed to show aging effects such as vertical fading and abrasions through wear.

The design is based on the "BIG YANK" gacha pocket shirts from the 1930s.
The smaller front pocket replicates the unique bag stitching of vintage items, making it a detail that truly appeals to vintage enthusiasts.
The stitching on the shoulders and arms uses triple stitching for enhanced durability.
Also, the use of double stitching on the pockets, as was common at the time, contributes to the authentic vintage atmosphere.
The buttons are shiny metal buttons, typical of old work shirts.
The base is brass, so with use, the colored paint will peel off, revealing the plated brass underneath.
The gusset features a selvedge and a run-off chainstitch.
Since the original "BIG YANK" had both selvedge gussets and bag-stitched gussets, we chose the selvedge gusset type to preserve the original atmosphere.
Cotton thread is used for sewing.
Using cotton thread allows the threads to tighten further when washed and tumble-dried, resulting in more pronounced abrasions on the shoulders and arms.
The sizing is designed for a neat fit, with moderately slim arms.
