Native American prints have always been my favorite genre. The magazines I read as a teenager still have a strong influence on me. When I was in high school, I saw a long Native American print coat on the front page of a magazine. I absolutely had to wear it, so I went to several vintage clothing stores in Harajuku, but I couldn't find anything that really caught my eye. In the end, I chose a different type of coat: mouton. I really wanted a long Native American print. But then I gave up—that's a bittersweet memory. Now, JELADO has released a multicolored Native American print coat. While they've made this model before, this year's version has been updated to fit over a denim jacket. As a result, I've been wearing a lot of denim-on-denim outfits lately. I'm also wearing the engineer boots I finally managed to buy. It's a very manly outfit, but it's definitely what I'm feeling right now.
