Here's the second installment of a coordination using this...

These white jeans came in just when I was thinking I wanted a pair.

 

They retain the characteristic softness and comfort of the white tag fabric,

plus you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of white jeans

that denim doesn't offer.

They are truly the pants I want to wear right now.

 

However, some customers don't know how to style them...

They ask, "What should I wear them with?"

That's why I'm writing this article, to suggest some coordinations

that I recommend.

 

This time, I'll introduce this item from The 2 Monkeys.

This is a masterpiece among masterpieces scheduled to arrive in September...

The French Work Blouse.

 

This item was so popular that a re-release has been decided.

 

This is a "jacket-style blouse," the origin of the denim jacket.

 

Although it looks like a jacket,

it is actually treated as a blouse.

The reason lies in the buttonholes.

 

Jacket buttonholes are horizontal, but these are vertical.

LEVI'S released a product called the "Triple Pleated Blouse" in the 1870s,

which was also a jacket-style blouse with vertical buttonholes.

That's why it's called a blouse.

 

There are seven pleats on the front.

This detail is so intricate that three factories actually refused to make it.

 

Furthermore, gathers at the neck, cuffs, back yoke,

and waistband give it a different feel from a regular jacket.

 

The fabric on the back is used more generously than usual,

and the gathers in the back yoke

create a good balance.

Therefore, even though I'm 165cm/67kg and usually wear a size L (XL is also fine),

I chose size M for this one.

 

Tobacco brown and these white jeans go very well together and are highly recommended.
