To reproduce a thick yet soft fabric,

we thoroughly analyzed vintage flannel shirts, and like Lee workwear,

we sent them to a testing institution to analyze

 

・fiber length

・twist coefficient

・yarn count

・thread count

 

in detail, and developed a new flannel from scratch.

 

This product uses

sulfur dyes.

Although the demand for sulfur dyeing has been low in recent years,

the "aging" it undergoes with wear and

the fluffy "fabric feel" and "skin touch,"

like being wrapped in a towel, are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This product receives many inquiries
