〜491J Coverall〜
Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.
Today, I'd like to introduce the very popular "Blue Tag" Coverall,
the 491J Coverall.
JELADO 491J Coverall【JP944491J】
JELADO 491J Coverall【JP944491JD】
Light ounce (10.5OZ) denim made with slub yarns.
The LAST RESORT series is made by cutting a vintage piece,
performing chemical analysis, selecting cotton,
and creating denim fabric from scratch.
The "blue tag" offers a different fading experience than the white and black tags.
It focuses on Lee's workwear items,
and we were particular about the auxiliary materials
so as not to spoil the atmosphere of the time.
There are many ways to style the blue tag 491J Coverall.
Yamamoto, 173cm/60kg, is wearing a size M.
Pairing it with leather pants is
a unique style for Yamamoto.
On the other hand, Uemura, 165cm/68kg, is wearing a size L.
The classic American casual style, paired with 41Khaki,
is a styling that expresses Uemura's personality.
Please come and try on the highly versatile
491J Coverall at our store.
〜Staff Wanted〜
JELADO WEST is currently looking for staff.
If you "love" clothes,
"love" customer service,
and "love" JELADO.
Why don't you work with us?
We welcome individuals who can work with us to consider
how to bring our products
to even more people.
For more details, please see the News section on our HP,
"We are looking for staff to work with us"
is available.
If you click on that,
you will find the job description and...
We have also made a video explaining how each staff member joined, so please check that out as well.
We look forward to your applications.
Thank you.
〜Pre-orders have started〜
【Pre-order item for late May arrival】41 Khaki Last Resort Chino Cloth Stencil【AG94341B】
As you may know,
this is the Last Resort CHINO CLOTH
41Khaki stencil pattern...
The quantity is extremely limited,
yet it is a popular product.
We have sample pieces available at both stores,
but even our staff members "can't buy it without reserving it",
so if you are considering it, please hurry.
The 41Khaki stencil, which undergoes aging as it is worn and washed,
will fade from a dark stencil at the time of purchase
to a lighter one with washing,
and the atmosphere will change dramatically.
For customers considering a reservation,
we ask for a quick decision.

【Pre-order item for mid to late April arrival】41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】
The old 41Khaki was discontinued with its last arrival in May 2023.
To release a new chino pant to replace it,
we cut up expensive vintage 41Khaki, analyzed it, and produced the fabric from scratch.
Using deep south cotton from the United States, we reproduce natural slub yarn.
While the previous 41Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes,
this 41Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.
The 41Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle loom, and vat dyes,
is finished to preserve the atmosphere and texture of the original.
The ultimate chino pants, with attention to detail in
raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing...
That's JELADO's Last Resort Chino Cloth
"41Khaki".
When it arrived last time, it sold out incredibly quickly,
and it is a very popular item with many customers waiting for the next arrival,
so if you are interested, please reserve it at our store.
We have sample sizes XS, M, L, and XL available for try-on at the store.

"Last Resort" means
a family treasure, a trump card, and if the white tag is the first wave,
the fourth wave, following the black tag and brown tag, is
the "blue tag" series.
While the white and black tags focus on LEVI'S,
the brown tag focuses on 41 Khaki...
So, what about the blue tag?
The blue tag is a collection centered around workwear,
and when it comes to representative workwear,
"Lee" is indispensable.
LAST RESORT "blue tag" focuses on
light ounce denim workwear.
Since it's 10.5 oz denim,
unlike the white and black tags, the lower ounce blue tag will
undoubtedly show a different kind of aging.
In that sense,
it's a very exciting series.
And pre-orders for this item have also begun.
[Pre-order item, expected arrival June] JELADO 41 Covert Faded (41 Covert Faded) Fade Salt&Pepper [AG71319]
Although based on the "LAST RESORT 41 Khaki" which is currently available for pre-order,
the fabric is different.
It's a 100% cotton twisted yarn twill fabric.
The warp uses sulfur-dyed twisted yarn, and the weft uses
similarly sulfur-dyed black yarn, resulting in a thick and firm fabric.
Since it's 100% cotton,
it will age beautifully with wear,
so we hope you enjoy the changing appearance.
Since this is produced only once a year, we believe that there are customers
who have been eagerly awaiting it.
The long-awaited "41 Covert" is finally available for pre-order.
At Jelado West, we have samples available,
even though the fabric is different.
Please try on these samples and place your pre-order.

[Pre-order item, expected arrival April-May] JELADO Age of Longing Black Tag 407EXX Denim JKT Big Size (50) [JP94407EDD]
In December, a small amount of free stock
arrived, but it sold out instantly:
Age of Longing 407EXX.
I'm sure you're all familiar with LAST RESORT "Black Tag".
It's the second installment in the Last Resort series,
following the original "White Tag" that was released earlier.
Compared to the white tag, the black tag denim is not as blue,
but has a stronger black hue.
JELADO categorizes it as early 1947 and late 1947.
The white tag, with its strong blue denim fabric,
is positioned as the late 1947 model, and the 501XX of that era is called:
"The greatest masterpiece in 501XX history."
If you want to know why it's called that, please come to JELADO WEST (laughs).
The white tag denim fabric focuses on 50s XX fabric.
So, what about the "black tag" with its strong black hue?
World War II ended in 1945, but during the war,
Levi's factories were producing everyone's favorite "War Model."
After the war ended, material controls were lifted,
but it took a considerable amount of time for the details to return to their original form.
The reason is that a lot of the denim fabric and subsidiary materials used in the War Model remained.
LEVI'S denim fabrics also had No.1 denim to No.3 denim.
(I only know up to No.3, but if there's a No.4 or something, please let me know.)
This refers to the quality of the denim fabric.
No.2 is the cheaper version of No.1 denim, and No.3 is the cheaper version of No.2 denim.
While it's divided like that, wasn't the denim fabric used in the War Model
No.2 or No.3 denim?
After this denim fabric was used up,
it transitioned to what JELADO calls the "white tag."
The black tag denim is from the transitional period between the end of the war and the switch in denim fabrics.
It's 15 ounces and uses highly uneven threads,
so as it ages with repeated wear,
it will develop vertical fading that looks like rain.
The real pleasure of denim, after all,
is its "fading."
Fading is essential for "wearing" denim,
and it becomes completely different depending on the person,
so I think this pleasure is the greatest charm of denim.
This time, 400 more pieces will be produced,
so for customers who couldn't buy it when it arrived in December, or
customers who are considering purchasing it now,
I think this is a chance to get your hands on it.
Please take this opportunity to try it on and consider it at the store.
*From size L, the back is
a split back specification.
