I myself had pre-ordered these trousers at the preview event, so I'd like to introduce them now that pre-orders have started.

The Hoghead Wabash Trousers are based on a 1890s vintage model and use the same thread as the "Blue Tag" series.

 

The warp threads are randomly woven with different thicknesses, so after repeated wear and washing, you'll see an irregular vertical fading that gives them a vintage look.

 

Also, this product is based on a vintage model from the 1890s, so it is a "waist overall."

 

What is a "waist overall"?

Belt loops began to appear in the 1920s. Before that, workwear was worn with suspenders.

Trousers from before the 1920s that did not have belt loops are called waist overalls.

 

In the 1920s, with the spread of belts, belt loops were added, but at that time, suspender buttons were also present, and it is said that more people wore suspenders than belts.

 

 

While the blue tag is right-hand twill, this original Wabash fabric is left-hand twill, which is the same specification as vintage.

 

 

The split V-back design and...

 

 

...the old-style buttons are full of details that vintage lovers will appreciate. Also, just like vintage, the lining has a stamp.

 

 

Just like the vintage originals, these Wabash Trousers are reproduced with careful attention to even the hidden details.
