To make it a simple riders,

This time, we have eliminated the epaulets on the shoulders.

 

Because the patterns used at that time were inevitably awkward,

Create patterns to suit modern styles.

 

The leather is horsehide, approximately 1.6mm thick.

We use a combination tanning method (chrome & tannin).

 

 *What is combination tanning?

"It gives a more natural finish without taking time."

This is truly a tanning method that combines the best of both worlds.

 

 Gerard's "Rebel Jacket" is tanned with chrome tanning,

 

Chrome tanning and tannin tanning...

When combining two types of tanning,

Compared to leather that has only been chrome tanned,

The texture is brought out in the finished product,

When tanning with tannins,

By doing it in less time than it would normally take,

Moderate weight and durability when worn repeatedly

We have prepared leather that you can enjoy changing over time.

 

After dyeing the base light brown,

At a long-established finishing factory in Tokyo

It is a brown core leather dyed black using a hill dyeing method.

 

I mixed this with half pigment and half dye.

The colour is added using a semi-aniline finish.

 

Softness not found in 100% pigments,

As I wrote above,

By repeatedly wearing it, the base

The brown core leather peeks out faintly.

 

And the lining is made of cupra.

It is easy to slip on and off,

To avoid feeling stressed,

For those who wear it, it is a high point
