41Khaki stencil pattern…

 

The quantity is extremely limited,

yet it is a very popular item.

We have samples for wearing at both stores, but

 

even our staff can only purchase it by making a reservation,

so if you are considering it,

please hurry.

 

The 41Khaki stencil changes over time

as it is worn and washed. The stencil, which is dark when purchased,

fades with washing,

completely changing its appearance.

 

For customers considering a reservation,

we ask for a quick decision.

Today, as the number of reserved products has increased,

I'd like to briefly summarize them.

It's been three months since the Ani-Tube release,

and this is probably the most inquired-about product

at both WEST and Ebisu stores, isn't it?

 

 Similar to the LEVI'S S506XX (War Model), it features:

 

・Four Laurel wreath buttons

 

・Flapless pockets

 

・Split-back design

 

・Cinch back

 

 

This leather jacket incorporates such details.

 

It is made of moderately substantial leather, dyed black on the surface,

resulting in what is known as "tea-core" leather.

As it is worn repeatedly, the light brown underlayer will emerge,

changing its appearance,

making it a leather that you can truly enjoy.

The old 41 Khaki was discontinued

after its final arrival in May 2023.

 

To release a new pair of chino pants that would replace it,

we cut up an expensive vintage 41 Khaki

and analyzed it to produce fabric from scratch.

 

Using American deep-south cotton,

we recreated natural uneven yarns.

 

While the previous 41 Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes,

this new 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

 

The 41 Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle loom, and vat dyes,

is finished so as not to lose the original atmosphere and texture.

 

From the raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing,

this is the ultimate chino pants with meticulous attention to detail…

at an incredible pace, and there are many customers

waiting for the next shipment, making it a very popular product.

The base fabric, though thick, was soft before the 1950s.

To recreate that fabric, we thoroughly analyzed vintage flannel shirts,

and at a testing agency, just like with Lee workwear,

 

・Staple length

・Twist coefficient

・Yarn count

・Number of threads per inch

 

We meticulously analyzed these factors and developed new flannel from scratch.

 

This product uses

sulfur dyes.

Although the demand for sulfur dyeing is low these days,

the "aging" effect from wearing it and the

fluffy "fabric feel" and "skin touch,"

as if wrapped in a towel, are outstanding and highly recommended.

 

This product receives a lot of inquiries from customers

about sizing. We would appreciate it if you could consult with us at the store

(as we may not be able to accommodate phone calls due to in-store customers, etc.)

a trump card, a last resort.

If the white tag is the first wave,

the fourth wave, following the black and brown tags, is

the "Blue Tag" series.

 

White and black tags focus on LEVI'S,

the brown tag focuses on 41Khaki…

So, what about the blue tag?

 

The blue tag is a collection centered around workwear,

and when it comes to representative workwear,

"Lee" is indispensable.

 

LAST RESORT "Blue Tag"

focuses on light ounce denim workwear.

 

Since this is 10.5 oz denim,

unlike the white and black tags, the lower ounce blue tags are sure to

show a different kind of aging.

 

In that sense,

this is a very exciting series.
