In Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, there is a region called

Bishu.

 

This border pattern fabric was produced in the Bishu region using

a jacquard loom, of which there is only one in operation.

 

When there are many colors, the fabric is used horizontally rather than vertically to change the appearance.

 

This means not only is it more time-consuming, but also there is a lot of waste because vertical fabric is used horizontally.

However, the Pueblo Vest produced this way is...

 

At this time of year,

I think many people will wear it over JELADO's classic autumn/winter innerwear,

the Mega Thermal, but some may find it a bit difficult to wear because it's flashy.

The base fabric reproduces the thick yet soft fabric of the pre-1950s.

To do this, vintage flannel shirts were thoroughly analyzed.

Similar to Lee workwear, testing agencies were used to meticulously analyze:

 

・Fiber length

・Twist coefficient

・Yarn count

・Number of threads per inch

 

Based on this, a completely new flannel was developed from scratch.

 

This product uses sulfur dyes.

While the demand for sulfur dyeing is low in recent years,

the "aging" it undergoes with wear,

and the fluffy "texture" and "feel against the skin,"

which are like being wrapped in a towel, are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This product receives many inquiries from customers concerned about sizing.
