Age of Longing 301EXX (black tag) recently arrived

Many of you have been looking forward to this item since before its release.

Although it just arrived, the 28-inch is already sold out at our direct stores,

and thanks to your support, only a few 34-inch and 36-inch remain.

Thank you very much.

Initially, we stocked up quite a bit, expecting it to last until the end of the year,

but it probably won't last until the end of the year for some sizes.

If you're considering starting to break them in this year, you might want to hurry a little.

We haven't decided when the next production will be...

These looms, more than half a century old, are still working hard to weave for us.

However, they can only weave about 5 meters of fabric per hour.

That's about two pairs of jeans.

Considering the actual working hours per day, the production volume is quite low.

There are about 500 warp threads. Just setting these up is a daunting task.

The fabric width is also very narrow.

Through the gaps in those warp threads, shuttles carrying weft threads fly back and forth...

And multiple weft threads are set to be loaded into those shuttles...

In short, "Last Resort Denim" is the result of such a monumental process.

The silhouette has a slightly shallower rise than the 301XX (white tag) and tapers gently towards the hem.

Comparing the stitching and other details with the 301XX, you'll find that the fabric texture and color depth are quite different, which should be interesting.

Age of Longing 301XX (White Tag)

Motif: Late '47 model

Fabric: 14oz

Silhouette: Deep rise

Slightly more bluish, produces fine vertical fades.

Age of Longing 301EXX (Black Tag)

Motif: Early '47 model

Fabric: 15oz

Silhouette: Slightly shallower rise compared to the white tag

A darker, blackish-blue with a rugged fabric texture.
