This loom, which is over half a century old, is still working hard to weave today.

However, only about five meters of fabric can be woven per hour.

It's about the equivalent of two pairs of jeans.

Considering the actual working hours per day, the production volume is quite low.

There are about 500 warp threads. Just setting them all up is mind-boggling.

The width of the fabric is also very narrow.

The shuttle with the weft thread wound around it flies back and forth between the gaps in the warp threads...

There are many weft threads set up to be attached to the shuttle...

"Last Resort Denim" is the result of all these incredible efforts.

The silhouette is slightly shallower at the top than the 301XX (white tag), and tapers gently towards the hem.

If you compare the stitching and other details with the 301XX, I think it will be interesting to see how the texture of the fabric and the color intensity are quite different.

Silhouette The rise is slightly lower than the white tag.

The fabric is a dark blue color with a rough appearance.
