Modern looms can weave fabric twice as wide, and some even have the ability to weave two rows at the same time.
There is an enormous difference in the speed at which one piece of fabric can be woven.
Newer machines are more productive, produce a cleaner texture and maintain consistent quality.
However, it doesn't have that vintage feel, so it doesn't meet the quality that JELADO is looking for...
So we make uneven yarns according to our own original standards,
JELADO's Last Resort Denim is made on looms that are over half a century old.
You can really appreciate the unique color, texture, and density of the fabric when you pick it up (or try it on).

I think that if people learn about (or see) the deep world of manufacturing, they will come to love jeans even more.
