Today, we'd like to introduce a classic JELADO item that sells out as soon as it arrives.

 

JELADO Age of Longing Black Tag 301EXX Denim Pants【JP94301E】

 

 

The 301EXX from the LAST RESORT series (black tag) has been restocked.

Even though it was just restocked, the W28 size has already sold out.

Other sizes are also running low, and its popularity remains as strong as ever with this latest arrival.

 

The 301EXX is based on the popular early 1947 model among the XX models.

As you know, this is a special denim produced with a new approach, by dismantling, analyzing, and recreating the XX models owned by our company.

We sampled from a vintage piece owned by our company, with an actual size of 32 inches, the so-called golden size, to faithfully reproduce the fit of that era.

The specific piece we approached this time features a leather patch, single-sided tab, and long side stitching.

 

We have also reproduced distinct characteristics for dating the item, such as thicker belt loops similar to those from the War era, but also peculiarities of the individual piece, such as the coin pocket being sewn on quite low.

 

We have also faithfully reproduced the strong individual quirks of the piece, such as a considerable amount of excess seam allowance on the back pocket.

 

At 15oz, it might be difficult to wear right now, but if you persevere and wear it, it should develop a nice aging by autumn.

Personally, summer is the season for aging, so while enjoying the season with light-ounce denim is great, I also recommend adding unique summer aging to denim like this.

And by autumn, when you might want to buy them, there's a high chance they'll be out of stock.

We will hold a Lightning POP UP event on both August 2nd (Saturday) and 3rd (Sunday).

Both days are a rare chance to actually try on the Vaudeville and Navy Blazer, which are Lightning's bespoke items.

Perhaps some of you were curious about the bespoke items, wondering what they look like in person or how the sizing feels.

These two days will make those wishes come true.

Mr. Suzuki Ryo will also be at the store on both days, so you can actually get fitted for The 2 Monkeys.
