JELADO Universal Slim 再入荷~Flagship store~

JELADO Universal Slim Restocked ~Flagship store~

Thank you for always visiting our store.

Today, we'd like to introduce the Universal Slim, the slimmest jeans in JELADO's current lineup, which have just been restocked.

JELADO Universal Slim 312ZXX Denim Pants【JP94312】

For the fabric, we used LAST RESORT White Tag denim, which was developed by deconstructing 1950s 501XX jeans and analyzing the yarn.

This is a meticulously crafted JELADO fabric, scientifically reproduced by deconstructing deadstock Levi's 501XX fabric from the early 1950s, carefully selecting American cotton, and analyzing thread thickness, fiber length, and twist count.

The silhouette is a slim fit, aiming for universally cool styling.

One advantage of the slim silhouette is that it allows for detailed wrinkles to be deeply etched, so you can expect dynamic aging. This pair belongs to a customer who wore them almost every day.

Not only are there whiskers, but also detailed honeycombs.

Furthermore, the LAST RESORT White Tag denim is characterized by its excellent elasticity, often referred to as "natural stretch," and offers a very soft wearing experience.

Therefore, despite being a slim silhouette, they are incredibly comfortable to wear.

We deliberately omitted decorative stitching on the back pockets to highlight the orange-dominant sewing threads.

This is the only zipper-fly specification among jeans using LAST RESORT denim. The "Z" in "312ZXX" stands for Zipper.

Some sizes are already running low. Please consider purchasing soon.

〜USMC M44 Monkey Pants〜

【Pre-order item, expected arrival early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】

Speaking of USMC M44 Monkey Pants,

these were pants issued to the Marines,

and are popular items in the vintage industry

under the nickname "Monkey Pants."

The origin of the name is as follows...

Long, horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.

These large pockets were adopted to hold ponchos,

and the flaps were added to prevent the contents from falling out.

These pockets resembled the hindquarters of a monkey,

hence they were called "Monkey Pants."

The production period for the M44 was surprisingly short, only 1 year and 3 months,

from July 1944 to around October 1945.

Additionally, because they were issued to the US Marine Corps,

who were a "select few," the total production volume was low,

making them quite valuable in the vintage market.

The period when the US Marine Corps actually wore them was...

・Battle of Iwo Jima (February 19 - March 26, 1945)

・Around the Battle of Okinawa (March 26 - September 7, 1945).

And after World War II, during the

・Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953)

They seem to have been widely worn then.

JELADO's Monkey Pants use herringbone material.

Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dye.

The buttons are donut buttons,

which also creates a vintage feel.

By wearing them consistently, you can enjoy the aging process.

With native pattern mid-length coats,

leather jackets, and even...

They pair very well with coveralls, and...

I also recommend pairing them with chambray shirts.

Please make your reservations at the store or online.

Thank you.
