〜JELADO × Rainbow Country〜
Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.
Today, I'd like to introduce this item.
I want to introduce this popular leather jacket from last year.
Rainbow Country 30's Style Horsehide Sports Jacket “HERCULES” Black JELADO Special【RCL-10013H-J24】*Some items are pre-order, expected mid-November
This is a horsehide leather about 1.2mm thick,
which is finished with *① "vegetable tanning"
and *② "aniline finishing."
*① Vegetable Tanning
This process uses "tannin" components
extracted from plant bark to tan the leather.
Unlike chrome tanning, it requires meticulous, almost manual work,
which makes production time-consuming and inefficient,
but it allows you to truly enjoy the aging process.
*② Aniline Finishing
This finishing method offers high transparency in the coating,
clearly highlighting the natural characteristics of the leather's grain.
Using dyes, it results in a highly transparent, glossy leather.
Since it's dyed rather than pigmented,
you get a natural leather feel and sheen...
And with repeated wear,
it will be a joy to watch it age beautifully.
Also, since it's based on Vintage,
it's packed with special details.
First, around the neck,
it comes with a chin strap.
This detail, which prevents wind from entering,
is often seen on jackets from the 1930s.
And the chest zipper has
a ball chain.
The old-style specification with eyelets in a "コの字" (U-shape).
This is also a 1930s detail,
The Western yoke is just so cool.
This panel pattern is also unusual,
and I instinctively exclaimed, "That's cool!"
It has D-ring adjusters on both sides,
and the cuffs are also well-designed.
The lining uses rayon satin fabric,
which is smooth and allows for stress-free putting on and taking off.
This is where the JELADO special order comes in.
While Rainbow Country's original of the same model features a blanket lining,
this special order uses rayon satin.
This is a welcome feature for leather jacket enthusiasts, isn't it?
This is a collaboration product that we want everyone to wear,
so please come to the store to try it on and purchase it.
We look forward to seeing you
at our store.

but all colors are easy to match and versatile,
so please come and purchase them.

【Expected Mid-November】【JDG02648】JELADO×BUTTON WORKS D-Buckle16mm Horween CXL (Chromexcel®) Leather Belt
This is released with a blue tag...
Hoghead Wabash Trousers 【AG02307】
JELADO Hoghead Wabash Trousers【AG02307】
These trousers were originally "waist overalls" from a time before belt loops were common. For ease of use, we've added belt loops, but since they are quite narrow, we produced a dedicated belt.
Pre-orders for this item have begun.
Only the Gold × Black color is available for pre-order at this time.
(A Gold × Brown option will also be available later.)
This belt uses
*Horween's Chromexcel leather, and with repeated use,
you can enjoy the aging process unique to "tea-core" leather.
Especially as the surface wears or gets scratched,
the underlying color gradually emerges, creating a vintage feel.
*Horween's Chromexcel leather is a high-quality material developed about 100 years ago using a combination tanning process, where natural oils and fats like beef tallow and beeswax are thoroughly infused. Its characteristics are its substantial feel and flexibility.
The buckle is made of cast brass, and the belt loop is made of iron. A matte brass plating finish is applied as the final touch to create a cohesive look throughout. For fastening, an intentionally old-style four-pronged snap button is used, and a leather reinforcing cloth is added to the inside, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
This belt is a collaboration product between JELADO and BUTTON WORKS,
featuring a special design with both brands' engravings and the Horween stamp on the back.
This belt can be used with more than just the Hoghead Wabash Trousers,
so please consider purchasing it.

~Regarding bringing in items for hemming~
Both JELADO stores previously offered hemming services for "denim from other brands" if you brought them in. However, due to the increased volume of hemming requests for in-store and online purchases, we are currently unable to accommodate "hemming services for other brands brought in by customers." We apologize for any inconvenience.
・Hemming for "JELADO products purchased from a dealer" that carries JELADO will incur a fee.
*For hemming items purchased directly from JELADO, we will continue to provide the service as before.
