JELADO 55Denim Jacket 406XX【JP94406】

We used denim fabric reproduced by scientifically approaching the decomposition of DEAD STOCK fabric from Levi's 501XX from the early 1950s, selecting cotton from American cotton, determining thread thickness, fiber length, and twist count.

Based on data obtained by analyzing everything from the indigo color to the number of threads per inch, this reproduced fabric is named "LAST RESORT." Products using this denim are given an original tag, and "XX" is engraved on the leather patch.

The 55Denim Jacket is tailored based on what is known as the 2nd Type denim jacket.

The sewing is done with thread colors and thicknesses that match vintage pieces from that era.
This denim jacket meticulously reproduces details from that time, such as the direction of the denim fabric, how the collar is attached, button placement, and stitch width.
A light ounce denim of a different fabric is used on the back of the flap, the front buttons are iron, the rivets on the sleeves are original copper, and the rayon red tab is also faithfully reproduced, just like the vintage.

*Please note that only sizes 42 (XL) and 44 (XXL) will have a "side gusset" design, where fabric is added to the armpit.
Prices and details will differ slightly for sizes 42 (XL) and 44 (XXL), so please be aware.
