This year, JELADO celebrates its 21st anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, we have released a limited edition special item.
JELADO 311W Painter Pants Vintage Finish【JP21311】
These are vintage-finish painter pants with a blue tag, one of JELADO's signature items.
What is Last Resort Blue Tag Denim?
Last Resort Blue Tag Denim is a 10.5oz fabric that is also a current JELADO signature. It was created by disassembling 1940s LEE coveralls and analyzing the yarn thickness, density, and slub strength. The analysis revealed that to reproduce the faded vintage look that remains today, three different thicknesses of warp threads were randomly woven, resulting in a fabric with uneven vertical fading.
The weft yarn is sulfur-dyed gray, giving the fabric a subdued color and a classic atmosphere.

These painter pants become this
after undergoing a manual distressing process by skilled artisans.
Based on our company's vintage painter pants, we thoroughly researched the aging and repair marks of well-worn pieces, and meticulously reproduced their appearance one by one.
Whiskering and fading are applied with laser processing, and bio-wash and bleach processing are used to create a vintage-like fade.
Furthermore, manual hypochlorite wiping is added to create subtle shades and natural color unevenness.
Frayed pocket openings and hems, and damage where the fabric has thinned and the weft threads have risen to the surface, are all added.
Backing fabric is applied to damaged areas, and each piece is carefully repaired with machine stitching or hand-stitching.
Furthermore, to reproduce the unique color of vintage items caused by years of fading, a gray-beige overdying process is applied, giving the indigo color depth and dimension.
Finally, pigments and dyes are sprayed, and hand-painted color shading is added.
These pants are packed with JELADO's and the artisans' dedication. They are strictly limited in quantity, so please consider them early. Sizes XS (28) to M (32) are currently available in store.
