〜JELADO's Special Native Pattern〜

Today, I'll introduce three items featuring JELADO's special native pattern blankets.

 

JELADO Crow Gown【AG82429】

 

 

 

Among the 2023AW items, this gown coat is highly anticipated.

 

It's common to pair a denim set-up with JELADO.

Just throwing this gown coat over it completely changes the vibe.

 

Piping is applied to various sections,

giving definition to the striking native blanket fabric.

 

Personally, I think the piping is a great touch;

without it, the garment wouldn't be the same.

 

 

JELADO Yellowstone Vest【AG82530】

 

 

 

And this vest uses the same fabric.

 

In autumn, wearing this vest over a mega thermal shirt is a great idea.

While it's a striking vest, the versatile camel color makes it easy to use.

Personally, I recommend wearing a denim jacket over it when it gets chilly.

 

Using it as an inner layer adds a nice accent color and pattern.

 

As mentioned above, the piping gives it definition,

allowing it to be worn in a balanced way.

 

The back features an adjustable strap.

 

JELADO Brighton Camel【AG83406】

 

 

Lastly, we have the Brighton.

This is the quintessential JELADO native pattern jacket.

 

While the pattern is large and striking,

the camel color makes it easy to wear.

 

Unlike the previous two items,

it doesn't have piping, so it's less noticeable,

 

but you can see the detailed stitching

on areas like the pockets.

 

This JELADO blanket jacket, with its special attention to detail,

can be easily coordinated with a wide range of items,

including denim, chinos, and military wear.

 

The special native blanket fabric used in our 2023AW collection

is produced on a "single operating" jacquard loom

in a region called Bishu in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture.

 

Naturally, mass production is not possible.

 

If there are fewer colors, the warp and weft threads

can be woven with woolen yarn to create a thick texture,

but when there are many colors or the pattern is complex and large,

it requires a lot of effort.

 

This particular pattern, for example,

took two years to develop.

 

JELADO's native patterns

are meticulously crafted by our representative, Goto.
