Asymmetrical front pockets.

These are commonly known as "Gacha Pockets".

The official name is convenience pockets,

but "Gacha Pockets" is probably

more familiar.

The long vertical pocket is for pens,

and the smaller pocket was said to be for

cigarettes back in the day.

The long vertical pocket is sewn directly

to the body, while the smaller pocket is

made with a "bag stitch" to keep cigarettes

from getting damp, so it floats

rather than being sewn directly to the body.

Triple stitching is used for durability

from the neck to the shoulders, around the arms,

from the armpits to the sleeves, and from the armpits to the hem.

It is also worth noting that this is done

to create a unique texture when washed.

The hem features a triangular fabric gore,

which also signifies reinforcement.

For the white version, we use "cotton broadcloth"

which is a densely plain-woven fabric made with fine threads.

It has a pleasant feel and is a soft fabric,

making it extremely comfortable to wear and giving it a luxurious finish.

new colors for the Smoker Shirt.

The old 41 Khaki was discontinued

with its final shipment in May 2023.

 

In order to release a new chino pant to replace it,

we cut up and analyzed highly sought-after vintage 41 Khakis

to produce the fabric from scratch.

 

Using American deep south cotton,

we have reproduced natural slub yarns.

 

While the previous 41 Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes,

this 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

 

This 41 Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes,

is finished to preserve the original atmosphere and fabric feel.

 

The ultimate chino pant, with meticulous attention to detail in

raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing...

"Last Resort" means

a trump card, a last resort,

and if the white tag is the first line of attack,

the "blue tag" series is the fourth line, following the black tag and brown tag.

 

The white and black tags focus on LEVI'S,

the brown tag focuses on 41 Khaki...

So what about the blue tag??

 

The blue tag is a collection centered on workwear,

and when it comes to representative workwear,

you can't leave out "Lee."

 

LAST RESORT "Blue Tag" focuses on

light ounce denim workwear.

 

Since it's 10.5 oz denim,

unlike the white and black tags, the lower ounce blue tag

will undoubtedly show a different kind of aging.

100% cotton twisted yarn twill fabric.

The warp uses sulfur-dyed twisted yarn, and the weft uses

similarly sulfur-dyed black yarn, resulting in a thick and stiff fabric.

 

Since it's 100% cotton, it will age nicely

with wear, so I hope you enjoy the changing appearance.

 

Since this is produced once a year, I'm sure many customers have been

The Age of Longing 407EXX, which sold out in a flash after a small restock in December, is back.

 

As you all know, the LAST RESORT "Black Tag" is the second installment of the Last Resort series, following the "White Tag", which was the original Last Resort released earlier.

 

Compared to the white tag, the black tag denim is less bluish and has a stronger black tint.

 

JELADO categorizes 1947 into early and late models, and the white tag is positioned as a late 1947 model with a strong bluish denim fabric, and the 501XX of this era is called:

 

"The greatest masterpiece in 501XX history."

The white tag is a denim fabric that focuses on 50s XX fabric.

 

So what about the strongly black "black tag"?

 

World War II ended in 1945, and during the war, Levi's factories produced the "War Model" that everyone loves.

 

After the war ended, it took quite a while for the details to return to their original form, even though material controls were lifted.

 

This is because there was a lot of denim fabric and sub-materials left over from the War Model.

 

Levi's denim fabric also comes in No. 1 denim to No. 3 denim (I only know up to No. 3, but if No. 4 or higher exists, please let me know). This refers to the quality of the denim fabric.

 

No. 2 is a cheaper version of No. 1 denim, and No. 3 is a cheaper version of No. 2 denim. The denim fabric used for the War Model was probably No. 2 or No. 3 denim, right?

 

After this denim fabric was used up, it transitioned to what JELADO calls the "white tag." The black tag denim is from the transitional period from the end of the war to the change in denim fabric.

 

It is 15 oz. and uses strong slub yarn, so when it is worn repeatedly and ages, it will produce vertical fading like rain streaks.

 

The real thrill of denim, after all, is its "fading."

The fading, which is essential for "wearing" denim, will be completely different depending on the person, so I think this real thrill is the biggest appeal of denim.

 

This time, 400 more pieces will be produced, so for customers who couldn't buy it during the last arrival in December, and for customers who are considering purchasing it now, this is a chance to get your hands on it. Please take this opportunity to try it on and consider it at the store.
