reservations starting this Wednesday (the 26th)

for the T2M 2025 Mid Season

"Grand Sportif".

I'd like to introduce this item.

・Goodyear welt

・McKay

The Grand Sportif, which combines these two construction methods,

uses Horse Front (horse hide from the front of the animal),

not the French Calf used in the Sportif.

Regarding the softness of this leather,

those who have worn Vaudeville will understand that

it is incredibly soft and conforms to the foot perfectly.

The U-shaped moccasin type Sportif

is made of brown core leather.

It will age beautifully with repeated wear.

I hope everyone enjoys the aging process.

The height is 10 inches, and like the Sportif,

it has a hook-and-loop closure with a strap.

For those with high insteps, I recommend going up "half a size."

〜USMC M44 Monkey Pants〜

【Pre-order item, scheduled to arrive early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】

USMC M44 Monkey Pants are pants issued to the Marine Corps,

and are popular items in the vintage industry, known by the nickname "Monkey Pants."

The origin of their name is as follows:

Large, horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.

These large pockets were adopted to hold "ponchos,"

and the flaps were added to prevent the contents from falling out.

Because these pockets resemble the buttocks of a monkey,

they are called "Monkey Pants."

The production period for the M44 was actually

very short, lasting only "1 year and 3 months,"

from July 1944 to around October 1945.

Furthermore, because they were issued to the

"elite" U.S. Marine Corps,

the overall production volume was low, and thus in the vintage market,

they fetch quite high prices.

The period during which the U.S. Marine Corps actually wore them was...

・Battle of Iwo Jima (February 19, 1945 - March 26, 1945)

・Around the Battle of Okinawa (March 26, 1945 - September 7, 1945).

And after World War II,

・Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953).

It seems they were worn extensively during these periods.

Jelado's Monkey Pants use herringbone fabric

and are dyed with vat dyes.

And the buttons are donut buttons,

which also creates a vintage feel.

By wearing them thoroughly, you can enjoy the aging process.

Half-length coats with native patterns, and

leather jackets... and even

coveralls are also a great match,

I also recommend pairing them with a chambray shirt.
