The season for going out in just a denim jacket is coming! ~Flagship Store~
Share
Thank you for always visiting us.
Today, the cold weather has returned, but it seems it will warm up a bit again next week.
The Flagship Store also plans to change the display of its products next week.
Heavy outerwear will be replaced with spring/summer items, so please visit the store early if you wish to purchase heavy outerwear after seeing them in person.
*Online purchases are still possible even after the items are removed from the store.
Now, speaking of items that will be useful when it gets warmer, JELADO's denim jackets are definitely the answer.
Among them, the recommended item right now is this item, exclusive to our direct stores.
JELADO Age of Longing 407EXX Vintage Finish 【JP01407EXX】〈Direct Store Exclusive Model〉

This is the 407EXX Vintage Finish series.
For those who find it difficult to break in a jacket to this extent, or those who are currently aging a one-wash jacket, you can enjoy a different styling with the same denim jacket by occasionally wearing the VF type, imagining breaking it in to this level someday.

The back style features the popular T-back specification, adopted for all sizes.

Furthermore, the cinch back is also cut, a detail seen in vintage pieces.
This is a special piece exclusive to our direct stores, incorporating vintage-inspired details throughout.

And of course, the LASTRESORT series black tag is also inside, but unlike the one-wash type, it's a special tag.

Please come and see it in store so you can enjoy spring styling with this special piece.

〜USMC M44 Monkey Pants〜
【Pre-order item, expected to arrive early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】
Speaking of USMC M44 Monkey Pants,
they are pants issued to the Marine Corps,
and are a popular item in the vintage industry
under the nickname "Monkey Pants".
The origin of their name is as follows...
Large, horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.
These large pockets were designed
to hold a "poncho,"
and the flaps were added
to prevent the contents from falling out.
Because these pockets resemble the buttocks of a monkey,
they are called "Monkey Pants."
The M44 was manufactured for a very short period,
just "one year and three months,"
from July 1944 to around October 1945.
Also, because they were issued to the
"elite few" of the U.S. Marine Corps,
the overall production volume was small, so they are traded
at quite high prices in the vintage market.
The period during which the U.S. Marine Corps
actually wore them was...
・Battle of Iwo Jima (Feb 19 - Mar 26, 1945)
・Around the Battle of Okinawa (Mar 26 - Sep 7, 1945).
Also, after World War II, during the
・Korean War (Jun 25, 1950 - Jul 27, 1953)
they seem to have been widely worn.
Jelado's Monkey Pants use herringbone fabric
and are dyed with indanthrene dyes.
And the buttons are doughnut buttons,
which also creates a vintage feel.
By wearing them thoroughly,
you can enjoy the aging process.
Half-length native patterned coats,
leather jackets... and even
they pair very well with coveralls and more.
Pairing them with a chambray shirt
is also recommended.
Please make your reservations at the store or online.
Thank you.
