Today, I tried coordinating an item made from linen material.

The 2 Monkeys Belle Epoque Waist Pullover (Bell Epoque Waist Pullover) [TM72125]

This is a pullover shirt inspired by the workwear of the Belle Epoque period, when French civilization and culture flourished from the late 19th to early 20th century.

At that time, French workwear mainly consisted of pullover smocks that reached around the knees, but it is believed that waist-length types, which have existed since the Middle Ages, also existed, and this design is inspired by such items.
The relaxed body, with pleats under the back yoke, can be cinched with a strap on the back to add emphasis.
The thick, straight-patterned sleeves have pleats at the cuffs and gussets under the armpits, which also connect to European men's wear designs from the Middle Ages onward that emphasize the chest and shoulders.
Although it is basically designed to be worn with the hem out, making the length shorter, it can also be tucked into high-waisted pants.
The fabric, woven with linen in the warp and cotton in the weft, in a high-density, irregular herringbone pattern, also reproduces antique fabric.
It has a unique, rough feel.

The Vannes Trousers from BLUE LABEL are being re-released with a different fabric.
This season, we are featuring European work and military wear.
This pair is sampled from French work pants of the 1940s, which have been gaining appreciation recently.
It is tailored from 100% linen material, woven in a tweed-like pattern using melange yarns with different counts.
Because linen is highly breathable, these work trousers can be worn even in summer.
The silhouette is quite wide, but by tapering slightly towards the hem, it creates a versatile silhouette for various coordinations.
This pair offers a stylish atmosphere different from American workwear.
