To reproduce the thick yet soft fabric of the pre-1950s,

we thoroughly analyzed vintage flannel shirts.

Similar to Lee workwear, we sent samples to a testing institution

 

・Fiber length

・Twist coefficient

・Yarn count

・Number of threads per inch

 

After detailed analysis, we developed a new flannel from scratch.

 

This product uses sulfur dyes.

While the demand for sulfur dyeing has been low in recent years,

the "aging" effect from wear and

the fluffy "fabric feel" and "touch against the skin,"

which feels like being wrapped in a towel, are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This product receives many inquiries from customers concerned about sizing.

Instead of calling us (as we may not be able to respond due to in-store consultations, etc.),
