Introducing The 2 Monkeys' first side gore boots...

These are the "ELASTOS".

 

These are boots I personally fell in love with and bought.

I was captivated by this unique Victorian blue,

and I'm wearing them now.

 

In the late 18th century, in England and America,

side gore boots were considered the most popular boots.

 

Side gore boots first appeared around 1830,

featuring elastic fabric attached to both ankles,

and were sold as "new shoes."

Their ease of wear made them extremely popular,

and even Queen Victoria is said to have worn them daily.

 

Initially, side gores did not have any decorative designs,

but gradually, decorated versions began to appear among the upper classes,

highlighting the disparity with the middle class.

 

Such is the story behind "ELASTOS".

They are adorned with brogue detailing,

creating an elegant look.

Another feature is that it combines two manufacturing methods.

 

They are very lightweight and easy to put on and take off,

so I don't feel any stress—that's my honest impression after actually

buying and wearing them.

 

However...

More than that, I was drawn to them the moment I slipped my feet in.

When you put them on, the leather stretches and a whitish part appears.

What I always tell customers is that

"I absolutely love the moment I slip my feet in."

As you wear them repeatedly, proper creases form,

and the leather's appearance changes.

Of course, when you buy them, you "fall in love with the color of the product,"

but they become even more appealing after you've worn them.

 

These are boots I want everyone to try on.

Albert Brown has a subdued color...

I think this color is easy to match with The 2Monkeys and JELADO products,
