~New ELASTOS colors have arrived~

Today, I'd like to introduce this.
The 2 Monkeys ELASTOS【TM01945】
New colors of ELASTOS have arrived at WEST.
This is Albert Brown.
It's a bright dark brown, so it's a calm color.
In the late 19th century...
In England and America,
Chelsea boots were one of the most worn shoes.
Chelsea boots, probably born around 1830,
were marketed as a very rare and new type of shoe at the time,
using newly commercialized elastic fabric on both sides of the ankle
to achieve a snug fit without laces.
Of course, they were "light" and "comfortable to wear," but
it was truly the ornamentation that made them so different from other boots.
This ornamentation further enhances their elegance.
As mentioned above,
the bright dark brown
"Albert Brown"
is a calm color, but
when you put your foot in, a faint white part appears within the brown,
and the color disperses.
*This is the Victorian Blue I am wearing.
Can you see that the color has faded in the worn image below compared to the image above?
The same can be seen in the new color, Albert Brown.
As I often tell customers in the store,
I prefer the feel of the boots once they're worn in rather than when they're first purchased,
and that's where I find the charm of ELASTOS.

The leather used for ELASTOS is shrunken kip leather.
*What is kip leather?
It is cowhide from cattle between adult and calf, characterized by its fine grain and softness.
