Today, we're introducing the JELADO classic Smoker Shirt.

Specifically, the white version.

When it comes to the Smoker Shirt, the first thing that catches your eye is the asymmetric "Gacha Pocket" on the front.

 

 

The long, vertical pocket was used as a pen holder and is sewn directly onto the body.

 

The smaller pocket is called a "Cigarette Pocket" and was said to have been used to hold cigarettes back in the day.

 

This pocket is designed with a bag-like construction that keeps it slightly detached from the body, preventing cigarettes from getting damp.

 

The "Gacha Pocket" also has an official name:

*It's called the "Convenience Pocket."

 

*BIG YANK patented it in 1929.

 

Now, this time it's a white Broad fabric.

 

 

 

 

This is a tightly woven plain-weave fabric.

Since it's woven at high density, the seams are less noticeable and it has a glossy finish.

 

Although it's a thin fabric,

this tightly woven fabric is tough, and

it's a shirt that can be used for neat styles, and

can be worn alone or as an inner layer.
